Atlantic Ocean Garden, Long Island, NY. Groupings of complete arrangements of Paula Hayes’ Soft Retrofit Green Roof System including white Dumpling Planters, Hex Planters (not visible: planted with a variety of Sedum), silver Pond Planters and silver soft rubber Garden Necklace. All plantings are perennial and are placed directly on the terrace, adding plantings to the monumental architecture both in contrast and in harmony since all of the materials of the planters are industrial.

Multi-tiered Crystal Garden, NYC, NY. Crape Myrtle tree in a stacked cast acrylic planter with clear recycled glass, assorted fern and ground covers. This garden exists, open to the sky above between the living room and dining room of the home on the 10th floor of the building. You can see the driftwood fence of the 11th floor West Terrace in the upper left hand corner.

Elizabeth Rosen Landscape. Watermill, NY. Soft almost imperceptible edges with sublime and meaningful moments are the underlying concepts in this landscape. I worked to blend and transition layers of plantings that are orchestrated to display their seasonal beauty sequentially throughout the year. Evolving layers of native and summer blooming plants with a multitude of grasses are punctuated with Japanese Maples and mature evergreens. Iconic moments and carefully blended chiaroscuro coloring interact with the stark but warm architecture of William T. Georgis. I placed one of my Bird Nesting Tree sculptures in a soft blooming meadow.
